Procedure
1. We put 2 eggs in 250 mL beakers, covered them with 100 mL of white vinegar, and let sit for 24 hrs.
2. After 24 hrs, we removed the eggs from the vinegar and observed and recorded them in data table 1.
3. We recorded the mass of each egg in data table 2.
4. We poured 150 mL of plain water into 1 beaker then 150 mL of syrup into the other one.
5. We placed each egg either into the beaker with syrup or water.
6. Let sit for 24 hrs.
7. After 24 hrs. we removed the eggs from the beakers.
8. After removing them we recorded the appearence in data table 1
9. Then recorded the mass in data table 2
10. Measured the amount of liquid left over in the beaker and recorded it in data table 3
11. Take a toothpick and pop a hole in the egg and recorded the observations in data table 1
